Hellroaring Kennels goes to great lengths to produce healthy sound puppies. Puppies bred at Hellroaring carry a two year guarantee against any genetic health defects. It is impossible to predict that every animal produced will be free of all health problems, that is why we offer this guarantee:

To keep this warranty valid, the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) of receipt of the puppy. If the veterinarian finds the puppy/dog to be genetically imperfect or have severe health problems, this puppy/dog must be returned immediately to the Hellroaring Kennels, (within 48 hours) accompanied by a certificate of statement from the veterinarian for a replacement puppy. If a replacement puppy is not available at the time of the return, one will be made available as soon as reasonable. All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. A refund is only available during this time frame.

Said puppy/dog is guaranteed against genetic defects for up to (2) two years. If within a (2) two year period, should this puppy/dog be diagnosed with any genetic disease, a replacement puppy will be given when available, as long as Hellroaring is still breeding.

The following conditions must apply:
1. The original purchaser is still in ownership of the puppy/dog.
2. The puppy/dog must not have been breed.
3. Documentation that the dog has been spayed or neutered.
4. Copies of the OFA, CERF, or other findings with microchip numbers on all documentations are sent to me.

The owner will retain ownership of said puppy/dog. If the buyer decides he or she cannot keep this puppy for any reason the puppy/dog will be returned to Hellroaring, unless both parties agree otherwise. There are no refunds at this point.

No guarantee is made as to conformation. It is impossible to accurately determine the exact adult size of any puppy/dog therefore; we cannot give a size guarantee. Size estimate is based on the size of the puppy's parents. The breeder makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the puppy's size.

I go to great lengths to produce healthy, sound puppies. I take immense pride in satisfying new owners with the selection of their new puppy and very much want you to be pleased with the new addition to your family.

Dew claws (and tails where applicable) are removed at 4 days old. Each puppy is wormed at 2, & 4 weeks. At 6 weeks of age he/she is wormed again and receives the DHLPPC or DHPPC Puppy shot (depending on size), Kennel Cough vaccination and is micro-chipped. Although preventatives and all precautions are taken to prevent Giardia and Cocci, we do not guarantee against these cysts. These cysts are very contagious and common. We do our best to prevent infection but sometimes it is impossible to completely irradiate these two cysts before puppy goes to his new home. These cysts can live dormant and go unnoticed in the puppy's GI tract and can sometimes be brought on by the stress of leaving the kennel, its mother and littermates. We guarantee this puppy is in good health, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of sale.
